Elizabeth Turner is a Client Success Manager at Bazaarvoice where she works with mid-market brands, consulting on their overall UGC programs. Prior to joining Bazaarvoice, she assisted small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies develop and execute their advertising, marketing, and communications strategies.

Alessandra DiRenzo, Digital Commerce Manager, has been with Bath & Body Works for 2 years with 9 years of similar experience across traditional and specialty retail. Alessandra has a wealth of knowledge in onsite search and personalization and since coming to Bath & Body Works she has become the subject matter expert in all programs in relation to Bazaarvoice. When not working Alessandra has a passion for reading, going to concerts, traveling and hanging with her pup Stella!
