Ashley Knowles is the Director of the Bazaarvoice Retail Client Success Team, North America. She and her team consult retailers on their User-Generated Content (UGC) planning and strategies. Prior, Ashley worked with both mid-market and enterprise brands, consulting their overall UGC strategies, with a focus on strong brand performance with their key retailers.

Matthew Hiltner oversees Target’s written and visual review collection strategy, review seeding with Hey, Bullseye and is an innovative leader focused on driving Target guest engagement on Target.com. Matthew offers a truly unique perspective, having been with Target for 8 years across roles in merchandising, marketing, and Target.com.
