Robelle Mancilla is the Director of Digital Merchandising Operations for Samsclub.com. She is passionate about driving immersive and engaging customer experiences by optimizing their digital shopping journey with emerging technologies, optimizing processes with AI, and applying strategies that lead to conversion and engagement. She has 20 years of Ecommerce experience and prior to her current role at Walmart, Inc., she worked at top companies like Adobe and Williams-Sonoma.
