AI applications are reshaping how customers discover products. And how your brand is represented.

It’s no longer just about rankings, product pages or brand reputation. AI platforms now decide which products get surfaced, which are ignored and what’s said about them. This creates a new critical layer between your brand and your customers - one that influences both visibility and perception.

In this session, we’ll break down how AI-powered shopping works - and how Bazaarvoice is helping brands and retailers to influence both what gets seen and what gets said.

You’ll learn:

  • How AI selects, ranks and describes products in shopping experiences
  • Where traditional content strategies fall short for AI-driven visibility
  • How user-generated content drives both visibility and trust
  • Where early adopted are already gaining the first-mover advantage
  • How to improve presence, performance and brand representation with Bazaarvoice.

Maximize your chances of being recommended by AI when it matters most. This is a shift you can’t afford to ignore.

The company had a rebirth. We now have a cult following in the quilting and sewing community, and people are fanatical about their Oliso irons.

Understanding our customers and their shopping behaviors based on early feedback helped inform changes to burtsbees.com that made it easier for cosmetics customers to find what they were looking for.

Quality is a perception that’s influenced by experience. If a customer isn’t happy with their experience, they won’t perceive a product or brand as being a high quality investment.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my product content currently invisible to AI platforms?

Many traditional e-commerce sites render their content in ways that AI crawlers from platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini cannot easily read. Without the right technical setup, these tools are unable to identify your best customer reviews to recommend your products. We help you bridge this gap to maximize your visibility.

What is the GEO performance audit?

It’s a 5-pillar framework we use to evaluate your brand in the AI landscape. We analyze your visibility, answer quality, readiness, trust, and citation strength. This audit helps identify high-impact gaps so you can position your brand as a category leader.

Does becoming “AI-ready” require a lot of development work?

No. Bazaarvoice provides a structured data solution that solves the technical gap between your site and AI platforms with minimal development work required from your internal team.

Why is early adoption so important?

Since AI models often reinforce their own recommendations, being cited by AI today increases the probability of remaining the “default answer” tomorrow. Acting now secures your position as a category leader.
