Shoppers are letting AI do more of the legwork: comparing products, weighing reviews, and deciding what's worth buying. That's raising the bar for what it takes to get your products noticed.

In this session, we'll share early findings from Bazaarvoice's latest study on AI visibility. You'll see how ratings and reviews show up in Google AI Mode shopping results and understand why review volume may be becoming a bigger factor than star rating alone.

You'll walk away knowing what this means for your content & digital shelf priorities, plus a preview of how Bazaarvoice's roadmap is evolving to keep you visible.

You will:

  • Understand the new storefront: Learn how AI-powered search and shopping tools evaluate and surface products to consumers.
  • See where UGC shows up in AI shopping results: Get a look at how ratings and reviews appear in Google AI Mode, particularly in product carousels.
  • Learn what drives visibility: Understand why star ratings are already table stakes, while review volume may be a stronger differentiator, and how this can vary by category.
  • Get practical next steps: Walk away with clear actions to strengthen your review coverage and content foundations.
  • See what's next from Bazaarvoice: Get an early look at how our roadmap is evolving to help brands measure and improve AI visibility.

Quality is a perception that’s influenced by experience. If a customer isn’t happy with their experience, they won’t perceive a product or brand as being a high quality investment.
