As CMO of Bazaarvoice, Zarina Lam Stanford leads with a customer-centric, insights-driven, and outcome-based approach to all aspects she touches - from research, brand, communications, product marketing, to sales, demand generation, partner/alliance and field marketing. A recognized growth catalyst, Zarina is passionate about design thinking, the art and science of being relevant, agile leadership, inclusion, and being purpose driven. Before joining Bazaarvoice, Zarina was CMO at tech giants including IBM, SAP, and Rackspace Technology as well as private equity portfolio firm Syniti. She describes herself as a proud daughter, sister and mother and frequents New York where her two sons now live.

A relentless builder and scaler, Doug has held several high-level global and regional general management, strategy, innovation and transformation roles both in start-up and large-scale companies such as Unilever and LVMH, with deep expertise in building Digital businesses and driving Digital Transformations, most recently as the Chief Digital Officer for The Hershey Company. He has deep experience in the commercial application of Digital in the Marketing, Sales, Insights, Analytics areas and the impact of Digital on Data Privacy and Security, leading to an unbroken 20 year run of market-exceeding growth and marketing innovation across multiple companies, categories, countries and business models. In his roles, he also has had experience in scouting and vetting venture investments and brand acquisitions in the Digital space, including Instacart and Dollar Shave Club.

Debra is a Venture Partner with Lyra Ventures, a global VC fund based in Singapore that invests in businesses that are reinventing the fashion industry. In addition, she is a consultant to fashion and related tech ventures, providing guidance on brand and product positioning, international expansion, and funding. Debra is a Board Director at WRAP Compliance, which focuses on global supply chain integrity, and she is a member of the advisory council for Vogue Singapore. She is also an advisor to virtual fashion marketplace, The Dematerialised; gamified social commerce platform, ALTAVA; technology platform, Quilt.AI, which converts big data signals into human insights; and retail intelligence venture, Omnilytics. She is an avid supporter of the Southeast Asian fashion ecosystem, and was the inaugural resident mentor at The Bridge Fashion Incubator, the first incubation program in Southeast Asia to work at the intersection of fashion, technology and sustainability. Debra has also held business development positions in New York for the international division of the Hearst Corporation, and with The Economist Group. She is both a US and New Zealand citizen, and currently splits her time between Singapore and the US.
